Designed to suit changing climates, our extensive range of handmade products are favoured by prominent designers, architects and landscapers in all states. Our range can also be found on the shelves of leading retailers nationwide.

Our products are sourced directly from manufacturers in Europe & Asia. We work closely with our supply partners to ensure quality and a constantly evolving range to align with current and emerging trends.

Finishes

As our products are handmade, finishes across some of our ranges, including but not limited to Ancient, Limestone, ATC, Terracotta and Fibrestone may vary from images provided

Sizes

As our products are handmade, from time to time the firing and completion of our products mean sizes may slightly vary from what is indicated. This variance should not be more than 5%

Sealing

Although many of our products will hold water if holes are sealed, we recommend using a reputable sealant if complete water proofing is required

Prices

All prices exclude GST and are subject to change without notice

Payment
  • COD
  • Net 30 days from date of invoice (with approved credit)
Delivery
  • $20 for stockists (retail shop fronts) in Brisbane Metro, Gold & Sunshine Coasts
  • $80 for all other sites (including residential) across Brisbane Metro, Gold Coast a& Sunshine Coast
  • Charges apply for all other locations, subject to third party freight costs

PRODUCT CARE AND MAINTENANCE 

  • Lightweight Product (Fibrestone, Fibremag, Fossil and Alpine) – Upon receipt of all lightweight product, any protective wrapping (plastic or other) must be immediately removed before any exposure to elements. Failure to remove wrapping may cause exposure to moisture and heat which can cause paint to bubble and peal, and will void the products warranty.
  • Always handle with care and avoid contact with abrasive surfaces. Weathering or staining will occur when subjected to the elements or external environment.
  • To clean scuff marks from painted surfaces on pots use only warm water and a soft bristle brush such as a nail brush. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives at all times.
